The rental price includes
bedding, towels, WIFI, utility bills (water, electricity, heating, air conditioning and parking. The price does not include a one-time service fee of EUR 25 for cleaning (unless the purchased package says otherwise)
The guest must pay a resort fee
Marcoapartments
It reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of EUR 300 from the Guest on the day of his/her arrival. The deposit will be collected in cash. The deposit is intended to secure Marcoapartments’ claims in the event of any damage. In the event of failure on the part of the Manager, the deposit is returned to the Customer in full in the nominal amount on the day of departure in the manner in which it was collected.
